the location is very good, in a quiet place of Sinaia and very close of the centre. the garden is great, people are very friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean, the rooms are big and comfortable, bathrooms are very small. the sheets are not ironed, there are no sleepers, but it is ok. the breakfast does not have too many courses but it is ok.

would be great if they would have sleepers in the rooms and they would iron the sheets.

Very nice garden, very nice view, very quit. On the back side of the hotel is a brook (you can hear it from the back side rooms). The food is very good but nothing special. Very clean rooms. Waiting to go again!

Very poor breakfasts! Also the command of english of the reception desk staff was not very good. We were able to communicate with only one of the ladies, their two colleagues knew only few words.

The terraces outside were fantastic, and the abundance of plants created a peaceful atmosphere. The collections displayed in the restaurant added a unique touch. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were thrilled with the free parking and the free upgrade to an apartment. The hydromassage shower was a mind-blowing experience, and having a kitchen with a full-size fridge was a bonus. The hotel also offered great amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, a paid shuttle service. The absence of smoking on site was also a pleasant surprise. We couldn't have asked for a better stay at this amazing 4-star hotel. We'll definitely be coming back!
